Where: El Palmar is a small fishing village located in the Albufera Natural Park, 25 kilometers from the center of Valencia. It is surrounded by rice paddies and orchards and also channels that fishermen travel with their boats, which they traditionally use for fishing and also for boat trips on the lagoon.
Price: As in general with restaurants, you can find paellas of very different prices, also depending on the ingredients. Of course, it can't cost the same a seafood paella - the most expensive variety, about 12 or 14 euros per serving, more expensive in fancy restaurants - than a vegetable one. ,If you add any entree, drink, etc ... you must calculate about 25 or 30 per person.
