Tatún: This stand is dedicated exclusively to the wild bluefin tuna of almadraba. You would be able to taste dishes such as the Taco tuna vitellato, the Mini brioche of turmeric with tarantelo, San Lucar Tuna Tiradito or Brioche Bread in squid ink with creamy payoyo cheese and tuna tartar, gourmet creations that enter by the eyes and seduce by their flavor.
Daniel Sorlut: A world reference for oysters. Here you can taste four types of oysters, each with a different flavour and texture.
El Señor Martín: This is a gourmet fish market awarded for its quality and innovation. Here you can try the famous fried fish as if you were in Andalusia, and with maximum freshness and quality.
